Terms of service.

Effective September 25, 2026. These terms describe the use of AutoAGI, operated by AGI Layer.

Your account and use

Use accurate account information and keep access to your account secure. You must have authority to submit your content and use any connected accounts. Do not use AutoAGI for unlawful activity, to violate others’ rights, to bypass security controls, or to disrupt the service. Contact support if you believe someone has accessed your account without permission.

Autonomous work and your control

AutoAGI can plan and execute tasks using AI models and available tools. Capabilities depend on your plan and the tools actually configured. Tasks may pause for clarification, operating limits, provider failures, or missing access. Autonomy does not guarantee a particular result or unlimited processing. Review generated work before relying on it, publishing it, or using it for consequential decisions.

AI results

AI output may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information and may resemble output provided to others. AutoAGI does not provide a guarantee of business results or professional legal, financial, or medical advice. You are responsible for checking facts, permissions, and suitability for your intended use.

Your content

You retain your rights in content you provide. You authorize AGI Layer and its service providers to process that content as needed to provide, secure, and support AutoAGI. We do not claim ownership of your original content. Rights in third-party material and provider restrictions may apply to generated results. See our privacy page for how your information is processed.

Subscriptions and usage

The price, billing interval, applicable taxes, and included capabilities shown at checkout govern your purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Existing legacy subscriptions retain the price shown in their billing details unless you agree to a change. Model access, file storage, agent execution, and other features are subject to the allowances and availability associated with your membership.

Manage payment details or cancel renewal from Account → Membership & billing. Cancellation takes effect as shown in your billing confirmation. Optional retention offers are not required to cancel. Contact support for billing errors or refund requests; rights required by applicable law remain unaffected. We will communicate material subscription changes before they take effect.

Availability and service changes

We may maintain or update the service, replace unavailable providers, and restrict access when needed for security, abuse prevention, or unpaid subscriptions. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate material changes affecting your access. Export important work from your account or library.

We may update these terms as the service evolves and will identify the effective date. For account, billing, or terms questions, use our contact form. Our public support address is support@agilayer.com. These terms do not limit rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
